Dentist & Practice Owner
Dr. Tamara L. Dunlap, DDS
Dr. Tamara Dunlap was born and raised in Johnstown, as was her husband. She earned her dental degree at the University of North Carolina in 1999 and came home. In 2005 she took ownership of the practice at 310 Jansen Avenue, and she has cared for Johnstown families there ever since.
Her approach is direct and attentive. Patients should know what is changing, what deserves attention now, and what can be planned over time. Information is there to give people agency, not to rush them into a decision.
Dr. Dunlap's clinical interests include restorative dentistry, implant restorations, and the relationship between bite, jaw comfort, and everyday function.
She is a member of the American Dental Association and the New York State Dental Association, and the practice belongs to the local Chamber of Commerce.
